I would recommend Lynne Martensen to represent anyone as a buyer's agent when looking for a house. My husband and I were looking in the Boerne area and found her to be very knowledgeable about residential real estate. When we first arrived at her office, she provided us with a comprehensive package of materials regarding Boerne and resource information that would prove very useful to us. Then she spent many hours orienting us to the area and showing us different possibilities to consider when choosing a neighborhood that would be right for us. As newcomers to the area, this was invaluable.
It is obvious that Lynne really wants to make the "best fit" for her clients' needs.
